  • Communications you send to us

  • Device and usage information necessary for security and service reliability

  • Essential cookies (no health-related ad tracking)

C. Phone Number and SMS Communications

If you choose to provide your phone number, healthpass1 collects and uses it to deliver SMS (text message) communications related to your account. These include authentication codes, identity verification, security alerts, and other service-related notifications. SMS messages are sent only after you give explicit consent. No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Health Data in your control

Health data includes information relating to:

  • Medical conditions, records, or test results

  • Fitness, wellness, and biometric data

  • Connected devices or health apps you authorize

We collect health data only:

  • With your affirmative action or consent

  • For purposes you initiate

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate and secure the platform

  • Provide requested features

  • Improve functionality using de-identified or aggregated data

  • Communicate with you about your account

We also use phone numbers to: 

  • Send one-time passcodes for secure login and authentication 

  • Deliver account security alerts and notifications 

  • Support identity verification and fraud prevention 

  • Communicate critical service-related updates 

healthpass1 does not use phone numbers for marketing or promotional SMS. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent data. Your phone number may be processed by our SMS delivery provider solely to send the messages you request, under confidentiality obligations. 

We do not sell any of your data.

5. Sharing of Health Data

We share health data only at your direction and only then:

  • With service providers that assist us under strict confidentiality agreements

  • When required by law

Every sharing action is user-initiated or user-authorized, unless required by law. 

6. Security Safeguards

We use safeguards designed to protect sensitive health information, including:

No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a core design and operational goal.

7. Your Rights

SMS Opt-Out 

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP or email support@healthpass1.com for assistance. After you opt out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll. 

8. Children’s Privacy

healthpass1 is not for children under 18 without parental involvement.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated clearly before taking effect.
